STRATEGI GURU MATA PELAJARAN AQIDAH AKHLAK DALAM MENUMBUHKAN NILAI-NILAI MODERASI BERAGAMA DIKELAS V MI BUSTANUL ULUM BULUGADING

Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategies of Aqidah Akhlak (Islamic Faith) teachers in fostering the value of religious moderation in fifth-grade students. Religious moderation is understood as a religious attitude that prioritizes balance, tolerance, and respect for differences. Teachers act as educators, guides, role models, and motivators in the process of instilling these values. Strategies used include role modeling, fostering tolerance, group discussions, contextual learning, providing advice, and integrating the value of religious moderation into learning materials. The topics of praiseworthy morals, brotherhood, responsibility, and compassion are effective learning tools. The study's results indicate that the implementation of appropriate and sustainable strategies can help students understand and practice the value of religious moderation, thus developing a religious character with noble character and tolerance in social life.
