This study aims to examine the process of internalizing multicultural education values and their relevance to fostering social equality among the female students at the Miftahul Ulum Suren Islamic Boarding School (Al Muflihah division). The study employs a qualitative approach, specifically utilizing field research. Research informants include boarding school administrators, dormitory heads, and female students to gather data aligned with the study's focus. Data were obtained through participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. They were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Data validity was ensured through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results indicate that the internalization of multicultural educational values occurs through the collective life patterns of the boarding school, which enable intensive cross-cultural interaction. This process forms social mechanisms that include cultural adaptation, recognition of diversity, the cultivation of mutual respect, and the implementation of egalitarian regulations. The research findings reveal that the social equality of female Islamic boarding school students is not only realized through equal rights and obligations, but also through the formation of inclusive social relations with minimal stratification based on region of origin, language, and socioeconomic conditions. The novelty of this research lies in the discovery of the mechanism of transformation of diversity into social equality through the collective life of Islamic boarding schools that occurs continuously in educational activities, dormitory life, and daily social interactions. These findings indicate that the collective life of Islamic boarding schools functions as a space for internalizing the values of musawah, tolerance, and respect for diversity that simultaneously form an inclusive and egalitarian social culture. Thus, Islamic boarding schools not only play a role as religious educational institutions, but also as a space for institutionalizing multicultural values in building social equality in a pluralistic educational environment
